I bought 6 batteries online. Order was ready the next day. Staff assisted in loading and unloading. Both employees were very friendly. If you need batteries or bulbs, this is the place to go.

Made an appointment online to get the glass repair on my phone. Made a same day appointment and it was flawless. Walked in to prompt service. They told me an hour and it was ready in 45. Very professional from start to finish. The service and craftsmanship of the work is impeccable.

I went in searching for a battery for a miniature clock. The man working the counter took it from me to check the size.
And then he did the replacement for me! I know it seems like a small thing but quality customer service is not always a given.
It was such a pleasant interaction, I was completely surprised. I wish I would have gotten his name.

Hard to really rate the place because I found out they didn't perform the service that I needed. I have the batteries but they were stuck in the flashlight and they don't do removal. The place was not busy when I went in there I believe it was about 3 p.m. on a Wednesday. It can be a little difficult leaving their parking lot depending on which direction you're going because traffic is always pretty heavy right there going both directions. The store looked well-stocked and neatly arranged. I do believe if I needed some type of battery they would have had it. But I found out I can get the little round flat batteries like the 3032 and similar at the dollar store, 4 batteries for a dollar and they work great.
