Stopped in the shop on 7/18/24 looking for a certain item for my vehicle and was assisted by Denali. Even though she was unable to retrieve the part for the vehicle I owned she made every effort to make me feel like I would not leave out of there until I was completely satisfied.

I went to AutoZone to get a battery for our car. The store manager was very courteous and very helpful. He installed the battery in less than 20.minutes. Great customer service!
