“I went to AutoZone and my experience was five stars plus for the staff on night shift. Bobby M is a Manger on night shift he is the BEST. He assisted me and my grandson Zay with two different cars with the engine lights on. Bobby gave us so much attention and attended to our needs. Bobby and the crew working with him pushed my manual Maxima to get it started due to a bad starter from O’Reilly. If you want good customer service and friendly staff, AutoZone on 111 is the place to go. I usually get my parts from O’Reilly but after the help I received today I will start ordering parts from AutoZone on 111. Thank you Bobby and the crew. They definitely need a RAISE and a BONUS.”

“Went here for a repair of my Ubolts even though they were closing in an hour they called around looking for parks and tried to perform the repair at an expedited rate for me. Unfortunately they could not get the parts so I went elsewhere. But if am ever in the area again and need work I’ll be sure to stop in and give them a go. “Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I was over an hour away from home heading to a clients home in Goldsboro today when all of a sudden I heard a loud noise from my car and then what sounded like a flat tire. Not a flat tire but Doug Howells was right there at the next exit thankfully! I walked in (total Damsel in Distress not knowing what was wrong) and the technician (I wish I caught his name) came over and figured out quickly that it was the plastic cover to the undercarriage that had come loose and was flapping on the road. He had my car lifted and repaired on the spot and I was back on my way in about 15 minutes!
Thank you guys so much for jumping into action so I didn’t lose much time. It might not have been much for you, but it was such a relief for me!”

Tony came out with the replacement parts and installed them immediately sending me on my way. I appreciated Tony’s assistance and his knowledge of my situation. I will be back.”
“Wow,talk about customer service. I dont know if it was a computer glitch or package wrong,but got the wrong oil filter blowed oil all over my driveway went back told them what happened and they replaced my oil and gave me a bag of oil dry,without charge.

“I visited this location for an error I received on my dashboard. When I entered the facility I was greeted and it’s well kept. I really want to say thank you! I didn’t catch the young man’s name that helped me but his help was an extremely kind gesture. I bought a quart of oil and was not sure where to pour it. I also learned a trick to prevent bubbles when pouring the oil. I also enjoy that they offer military discount. Thank you all again! I highly suggest this location to anyone passing through or that lives in the local area.”
