The guys really helped a lot. There was one in particular. I thought he was rude. He act like he wanted nothing to do with black people but the owner was great. His son was great and they both were really helpful and I appreciate that. I've been coming there on and off for a long time. Remember your long-time customers and continue to treat them with dignity and respect no matter what they skin color looks like and that goes for your employees as well. Remember your customers are the reason your business stay open and as long as you continue to have good workers and good hospitality to all, it will continue to grow and be great

Hands down the best auto repair shop in town. I’ve had my car checked out by 2 other repair shops. One was a major dealership in town. Giving me a price over $2500 to repair both telling me something different. The owner ceck my car out gave me a ESTIMATE of what I would/could pay. ... Once I was told the car was ready I went to pick it up and was given a lower price ... Not many shops/owners would have done this. They have been honest the entire time. Friendly staff that explained everything to me. They will be my go to auto repair shop. I highly recommend them for whatever your auto needs may be... Thank you for your honesty. That goes a long way.

This place is amazing! Took my car in for a new alternator and they fixed my car right up and it was ready by the next day! Great customer service and great at keeping their word. If they say they're going to fix your car then that's exactly what they do and for a reasonable price to! Thx again Ash St Automotive!!

First, the folks was friendly. My GMC 2011 had a check engine light issue (oil pressure switch code which popped on mid January) however, that wasn't the total problem. After bringing my truck back a 2nd time, it took them a bit longer to fix the problem than expected, in saying that, it was a miscommunication, which possibly my fault. But they did a professional job on my truck and fixed a misfire issue at no additional cost and the light haven't came back on as of February 16, 2024. Would I take my vehicle there again, yes, but would make clear of the repair completion date, if possible.

People from Wayne Co. STAY AWAY, especially if you are a woman. These men will stiff you out of as much money as they can. Once came here 2 yrs ago w an alternator issue and I had to come back 3x to get it fixed bc my car kept stopping. They said their work was guaranteed and that their tow service was free while the guarantee lasted...somehow they would find an excuse to still charge me for the towing. After the 3rd time and spending about $700, I had to come w my MALE veteran neighbor who finally talked to them and all of a sudden the service was free and the car was working good now. Why did I wait 2 years to post this? Bc they had my address and i now moved so I feel safe in posting this review. What a shame that they were so eager to rob from a single mom, who had to bring a MALE to have them finally provide good work. Whether you believe this or not, I feel content in warning all women put there, think twice before coming here. They cab do good work, but they will def attempt to scam some money out of you if they realize you are clueless to auto work.

Called Robbie about the problems I was having with my daughter's car.. he told me bring it down he'll put on this super computer that will tell you everything.. put it in the parking lot went down every day the car never moved he told me he had to get it in the garage in order to work on it the car and the car sat in the same spot for 2 weeks.. he told me it was the crank sensor.. but he never replaced the crank sensor at all he just made an excuse to act like he was still doing the job.. after 2 weeks he finally changed out the fuel pump again and the car worked.. it's not the fact that they can't fix it it's the fact that they lie to you for weeks saying they're working on the car and they're not .. if he would just be honest you wouldn't have bad reviews . Tell people when you're overbooked. Also keep your mechanics asses out of the office and maybe you could clean some of that parking lot up for repairs that need done .

By far one the worse places to take your vehicle. I had worked done there before and I felt like it was a decent and fair place, but my last horrible experience has changed my mind on them for good! I took my truck to them because it was back firing and cutting off...that was in March. They kept my truck for weeks trying to figure out what the issue was. Then I was finally told ut was the timing chain/camshaft. Was quoted at $2,200.00 Then the bill came it was $2,700.00. Took me awhile to get the money to pay for it ,but after getting a loan from a family member I was able to get it fixed. The problem is that wasn't what was causing the truck to shut off and constantly backfire. Anyway they finally told me after having my vehicle for 3 months that my truck was ready, and of course I am beyond relieved. Well I go pick up my truck and before I can even get home the truck starts doing the exact same thing agai!! They have to come tow my truck that was 5 houses down from where I live ba k to the shop. Call me back to tell me that they will go back in to see what's going on. Didn't call back,so after a few days of them having it I had to go to the shop and see only for them to tell me that it was the oil pump that was causing the problem and they didn't check to see if it was the problem from the start because they assumed it was the timing chain. Told me that it would cost me $1,600.00 to get that fixed. Well I was devastated and angry, because it's not my job to figure out what is wrong with my vehicle that was their job. I had to go and try to get a loan from a place of business to get them the money, and thankfully I got it. Paid them the $1,600.00 to get it fixed, well three weeks passed and I haven't heard any updates on my truck so I go to the shop only for them to tell me that when I came and got my truck that when it messed up with me it just tore the work that they did previously on it and they were metal shavings in the engine, so basically I would need another engine. Gave me the $1,600.00 back for the oil pump but tell me they weren't giving me the $2,700 back for the timing because they fixed that,so technically they didn't owe me that money back, and they were right they didn't owe me that money back, but ethnically and morally I felt cheated. They told me that they will tow my truck to my house on Monday which was three days away. I had to call two different es asking when will I be receiving my truck. The first time I was told they were so busy and was promised to get my truck that week, mind you that was two weeks from the original time from when they sad they would bring it to my house. Call the next week and git a similar response. ONE MONTH from when I was told I would get my truck they FINALLY kept their word and brought it. Four months and $2,700.00 dollars later I FINALLY received my truck ba k home that doesn't work. It was a horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Awesome service, and a very fair price! Had front brakes changed on my truck, they even dropped me off at home and picked me up when it was completed. The guys were professional and personable. Will be back in the future!

Great job and fair pricing on automobile repair. Owner listens and is very polite. We have brought a couple of cars to be repaired and we are very confident that the repairs will done right and won't encounter any new problems once we leave. It's very busy shop so you know that's always good thing!
