Great staff, very polite and friendly. Even after the rate increase last year, they are still the best deal in town.

So just had to pay the "rate raise" which I get but the fact that my unit was broken into with a key :/ and all the valuable stuff stolen and then you have the nerve to charge me more. Your "secure" facility is not secure. We will be removing the rest of our stuff and not conducting business with an establishment that has shady practices like this.

The manager is rude. She is unprofessional and does not conduct business well. I will never place my things inside of this storage unit facility again. The unit has vermin and roaches laying around dead inside the unit when you move IN AND OUT.
