This place is perfect. I had confused myself ordering online, and they were quick to sort everything out with an exceeding amount of professional care. When I went into the store to pick my order up, everybody was really kind, warm and welcoming. It was the type of throwback customer service you forget you're missing until you walk into a place like Wade's. Highly recommend.

Warm and inviting, something you don't expect from a jewelry store, with a great selection for just about every budget. Mackenzie helped me find just what I needed, with a great sense of humor, an efficiency that was never rushed, and a big smile. She should get a raise!!

Would recommend to anyone! My fiancé designed my engagement ring and we designed my wedding band here and both came out absolutely perfect. Plus the family and staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating.

What a jewel (see what I did there?) this place is! Every interaction I've had at Wade's has been such a positive experience. Phone inquiries were handled professionally by Emily. When I brought my repairs in Taylor walked me through all the information they needed to properly restring my pearls and add some charms to a bracelet. The repairs were well done and delivered days before they were due. Just top-notch customer service. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely be using Wade's Jewelers again.

The staff is knowledgeable. The jewelry they stock is head and shoulders above anything I have seen in the area. I had repairs done on both watches and jewelry and it was excellent. Wish I "needed" something that I could justify purchasing! Will definitely keep them in mind for the future

I cannot say enough about this place! My fiance and I went to many jewelry stores throughout the triad for the perfect ring. Wade's was our last and final place. They helped us with a custom ring that turned out even better than the pictures. The value and quality of Wades is second to none; and that's coming from a shopper who looked at big chain stores, other small stores, and online. Wades gives you the best of both worlds. Unmatched local service with the ability to meet unique requirements while still having an amazing selection on par with the big guys!! Don't do what I did, go here first!!P.S. Taylor and William were amazing!!

This is my second experience with Wade, last one was probably about 6 years ago. My grandmother left me a ring after her passing, I thought it was impossible to get it resized before the funeral but Wade’s made it happen. The staff was so compassionate and I thank them for doing this so I can have a piece of my grandmother with me at her funeral. This meant the world to me! They also do an amazing job and good pricing! You can’t go wrong shopping or having things repaired here!

Terrific customer service! They are very courteous to the customers as well as knowledgeable. If they don't know about a particular piece, they will ask the manager. I have purchased numerous pieces from them. I was always pleased and surprised that they looked better than what I imagined.
