We had a fantastic experience at the Gibsonville post office! We had to get our son’s passport processed, and the 2 ladies there made everything so pleasant and easy! They even took the best passport photo. I don’t normally review post offices, but the customer service was so great that I felt compelled to do so.

Rude. You can certainly tell that the older man doesn't want to work here. He doesn't ask customers what kind of stamps they would like and just slams any one on to the table.

Superb customer service skills with the lady with the short hair. No matter the day or time, she always greets you with a smile and is very personable. I've had good encounters with the male worker as well. Overall, great experiences every trip I've made there so far.

Extremely rude to both my husband and myself. Had a appointment for a new passport, which we was on time for, the man working at the front desk was very rude and harsh. Rushed us through the whole process and then berated us in the back with his female coworker about time. Very unprofessional! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would like to remark the excellent service my wife and I received today on this office. We live in Raleigh but were not able to secure an appointment for passport in any office near. We got an appointment in Gibonsville and we were pleasantly surprised with the speed and quality of the attention received today. Nice little office and great customer service. Thank you.
