“The auto parts store couldn't do the check engine light scan due to Covid-19. Called around to find a place that could do it and folks wanted to charge close to a hundred dollars just to do a five minute scan. But not this place, they would charge $35 if it needed the big scanner. It didn't, and I wasn't charged at all. Just needed a new gas cap. Well, needless to say, they got my business that day and a new customer going forward. Already scheduled a tune up.”

Dray listened to us and immediately presented multiple options while trying to help us stay conscious of what we’re spending. Pricing and financing was transparent and the team was very helpful getting us all the information for multiple options to weigh all the choices. Overall a fantastic experience with the team welcoming and entertaining our newborn and making accommodations for him to feed and nap while we got everything worked out. “Started off rocky with a bit of communication issue of them changing the wrong tire. I was stressed because tomorrows thanks giving and now I have a flat tire because the opposite one has been changed. But the owner went above expectations taking time out of his day past closing to not only replace the right tire but even brought it to my home personally. (I don’t live more than a mile away but it is still very kind as I’m a woman and walking at night isn’t the safest option for me). “I had Ben take a look at a f250 I had bought off my father in law that wasn’t running that Ended up needing a motor rebuild or put a used motor in it. Me and Ben talked options and since I was in a time crunch I opted to have a used motor put in the truck. Ben found a used motor same day. Put my deposit down for the motor to be pulled and within a week or so the truck was back up and running. Had a few SMALL hiccups with the used motor (expected occasionally) but Ben was always on it with “bring it by the shop we’ll take care of it” Ben and his crew is now my trusted diesel mechanics!”
