I love that it’s inside, and that it is 24/7 assess and if you have any questions, concerns or problems everyone is always prompt and willing to help and have a very professional and caring attitude!!! I just need the building space to be bigger for all my stuff. lol ?

We were worried we wouldn't have a place to move our stuff on a Sunday but luckily we called on a Sat. AM got a real live person - not an automated robot or a recording. She got us all set up and the process was so easy, we'd recommend these units to everyone.

I’ve been renting here for 5 years or so. In that time I’ve had two different units both of which were, like the rest of the facility, clean and well lit. The rental is all through a computer so there isn’t necessarily anyone onsite, but this is a simple process. Once you’ve rented, or if you need help renting there is a number you can call. The reps are all in the US from my experience. I’ve had quick easy fixes, and longer calls dealing with more in depth issues. I have found all of the employees to be professional, and helpful. My only real complaint is that there have been two times that the gate was broken, and left open. The company got it fixed as fast as they could, but since no one is onsite everything was essentially open to bad actors. That said there are cameras, and each unit has its own lock. The only other minor issue I’ve had once was an hour plus wait time on a call. This is unusual in the calls that I’ve made, usually there is no wait time, or it’s 5 min or less. Overall I’m happy with 10 Federal Self Storage in Gibsonville, NC, and I would consider them in another location if I moved.

Current customer and have had my unit broken into, with absolutely no responses or care. Today, month later, I come to find the rear emergency door propped open leading straight into someone’s backyard. No alarms, no gates, no locks besides a simple doorknob lock. Who built this
