PetSmart wouldn’t groom my dog because they said he was too matted. I left there very upset and called around and that is how I found Nettie. She got me in the next day, had very reasonable prices, and did a wonderful job. My dog is beautiful. Highly recommended!!!

I brought our dog on Thursday to see Nettie. I was impressed at first with her changing our original appointment from the 15th to the 3rd. I thanked her and gave her a $10 tip for doing so. Well, first my dog had a tick on his ear and I asked if she had tweezers. She just pulled the tick out of ear with her fingers. I asked if she had the head, she said yes. Now my dog has a bump on top and inside his ear. I am going to have to bring him to the vets. I asked to have our dog shaved down. He looked great at first glimpse. When I got home and had my dog laying down and I saw under his chin she razor burnt him. He had a big red patch under his chin. I texted her the next day to let her know I wasn’t happy she did this. She said she didn’t know she did. Then proceeded to tell me my dog tried to bite her. My dog has NEVER bitten anyone! I believe if it happened it was because she hurt him. My dog has been to 3 different groomers in different states and had no issues with any razor burn or trying to bite anyone ever. She also told me his cut would take an hour and after an hour I came back and she said it took 30 minutes. This tells me she rushed his cut and that’s why she didn’t see the burn or pay any attention to what she was doing. My husband and I usually shave him and never hurt him. I am very disappointed especially with all these great reviews she had. I learned another hard lesson at the expense of my poor dog. Never trust another groomer ever!

Nettie took my Cairn Terrier & I as new clients. She treated us like old friends, & Ginger took right to her. Love the fact that she takes 1 pup at a time. She did a great job & Ginger looks great. We will be back.

Nettie is extremely personable. An all around animal lover. Easy to talk to and takes pride in the work that she does. Very reasonable in her prices. She is a former vet tech and a licensed groomer. She will be seeing me again and again.

Nettie did a wonderful job grooming our Shitzu Zoey. Nettie is so friendly and she trimmed Zoey exactly as I wanted.

This place is awesome. Was very accommodating with my work schedule. One of my dogs is normally muzzled around other people, but when she brought them out has no muzzle. Was a great journey and will definitely go again

Nettie is such an easy going person. A true lover of animals of all kinds. I was extremely pleased with the grooming of my fur baby, Roscoe. We will be returning again and again. Very reasonable in her prices.

Nettie was awesome! She did a great job with shy Baby. Willow Looked great when i picked her up! Great prices, worked with me and busy schedule and was super friendly. Everyone needs to check her out!
