“Everyone on their staff who I spoke to or texted with was extremely helpful, informative, and effectively communicated through every step. The invoicing and summary of what issues were found that need attention was extremely helpful. They worked diligently to confirm everything with my warranty and I appreciate them handling things with the warranty claim. I’m even more grateful that they worked hard to find more affordable parts for my repairs because I had concerns about cost. They provided a financing recommendation and my warranty claim covered a majority of the expenses. The repairs were speedy, too! I took my car in on Monday and got it back by Thursday. I noticed a minor issue upon receiving my vehicle and that a pair of pliers were accidentally left under the hood, but I immediately sent a text updating them and arranged for someone to check my car again as soon as business reopened. In one day they immediately found the issue, fixed it, and improved things. I love that they have a shuttle service that took my Dad home from the shop, after he dropped my car off for me, and would pick him up from our house whenever my car was ready for pick up. I’d recommend Christian Brothers to anyone who need repairs on their transmission or AC vents. Thank you Matthew, Jacob, and everyone else who helped!”

“Had a bad shifting problem in my manual transmission. Alberto took it for a drive and explained how the clutch worked and what he suspected as being the problem gave me an estimate and said to call if we decided to have the work done, no pressure. Since the estimate was lower than other places I called, we went ahead and had them fix it. Picked it up a couple days later and what a difference. Alberto showed me the old parts and just how worn they were Really glad I tried Tito’s, it’s close by and they do nice work. Thanks guys.Service: Transmission”

I stood back and watched their men do their work, and they didn’t settle for anything but the best used tire they could find - no holes to be plugged, and with good treads.I paid in cash to make it quick and easy for the shop, and it was a more than fair price for both the tire and the service.I will definitely be coming back!”

“I highly recommend them. My car broke down on a Sunday afternoon at Dollar General. Alex stopped what he was doing, had his partner to come and they helped me. They hit my car running and took me to their shop. They installed a battery and did not charge me for emergency help! I am so grateful to them. “Exceptional work and communication as always.Update: this place continues to keep exceptional work and customer service - despite any strains you or they might be feeling because of COVID.It's a pretty low key vibe with no pressure for unnecessary upgrades or add-ons.As you sit in the lobby waiting for them to finish your car, you are likely to notice that they get a lot of regulars. People they know by first name or face. People they've had a relationship with for years. Which (imo) speaks highly of the staff, the business, and their quality of work.Update #2: This was the first time I've had to visit them same day for an "emergency". They were extremely understandable and helpful. Worked on my vehicle in-between scheduled services and thankfully were able to make the simple repair same day.Update #3: still maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality work”

“I’ve done automotive paint repair for over 20 years. Mild collision repair and paint. My son got rear ended and was too much damage for me to handle comfortably. I chose Joyce after multiple people I know recommended them. I was beyond satisfied with the work. As a painter I know what to look for. Hands down some of the best work I’ve ever seen. It was hard to take it to someone else cause attention to detail a lot of shops lack. Not the case here. They do a great job and back to factory as close as someone can get it. Would not hesitate to recommend them and will always do anything of mine I’m not able to handle myself.”

“I have an old truck that I love. Last year I took Blue Thunder to G & J to have some shocks put on. Another time they fixed a fuel line issue by replacing the pump. Even showed me the ancient one they removed. I also had some decent side mirrors put on. Since, then I have driven the p-p-p- paint off the truck. It rides like a new Cadillac no issues no complaints. No taking it back for a RE-REPAIR. Great quality service at reasonable prices.”
