“My daughter and I went into the store and were immediately greeted with the voice of Philip!! He has IMPECCABLE customer service skills! He didn’t bombard us with tons of questions, or hassle us at all! He told us the sales that were going on, and then said if we needed anything just let him know. As we walked around for a bit Philip brought over 2 perfume strips in 2 different scents one for me and my daughter was on the other side of the store! He did it at just the right time…. Very impressive!!”

“I am just recently returning to Old Navy after a 140 lb weight loss. I admit Im also always seeking a 'good deal'. I find the employees in the stores I shop at are very friendly and eager to help. Today, I drove an hour away to get a romper in a size that I saw yesterday. I called ahead to see if it was available and the lady (Mgr) remembered me from yesterday and went and put that romper in her office until I drove there. When I walked into the store the cashier greeted me like we were besties. She remembered me from yesterday, also. So, Old Navy, this skinny lady is BACK to buy a whole new closet of clothes!”

“I love finding boutiques!I found this place by accident one day as I was running errands, and did a quick peek for a wedding theme color. Although I didn't find the color I needed, I knew I wanted to come back.When I finally came back to shop, I had such a wonderful experience!I was greeted warmly, had a fitting room started for me, and was tempted to buy half the store!I came back another day for some pieces I didn't purchase the previous time, but they were gone :(There's a sort of thrill and disappointment at seeing the limited availability. Creates a sort of shopping rush to the experience!However, I did notice not all the staff are as warm as I experienced on my first shopping experience there.The last time I went, one staff member, short hair and bright blue contacts, wouldn't even make eye contact with me, and hardly spoke a word.”
“Not enough inventory, not enough cashier's, long line. They have great products, just need more of it. It's always one or two then, no more of the same. They grab it quick.”
