This branch has been nothing but helpful and kind to me when I have made daily deposits for my former job. When I brought in the final deposit from my now closed location they were nothing but kind and helpful. Magdy, Mary Sue, Brittney, Pedro, Felicia and the rest of the staff there are all wonderful at their jobs.

Twice I have came in to set up a savings account to be turned away even having an appointment. Close if you can’t help your customers! My suggestion is to go to the main branch on Franklin. Ask for Maurice.

Why are you having customers show an id to deposit money into their accounts. Doesn't make an sense whatsoever.

Asked teller if someone could fax some documents for me, she said was it to another Wells branch. I said no, she said they have been told they couldn't fax anymore. I said Belmont branch does and she said you need to go to Belmont. Terrible response, I have checking, savings and mortgage with Wells.

Poor costumer service during a deposit, both ATM’s are broken. Staff yells out everyone’s balances even though they are asked to print it. Rude, unhelpful manager.

As a customer of Wells Fargo for over ten years, this branch is awful. The individual who is the notary at the branch was extremely rude to me when inquiring in person about a service and never once asked if I was a customer. Do not work in this industry if you do not possess people skills.

Please if you're looking for a bank, run away from these guys as fast as you can. I have been with them since 1988 and it's only getting worse. It's people like me that have kept them going, no matter how bad they have treated me in the past. Terrible customer service and policies. I'm moving my accounts to BB&T but I would advise anyone else but Wells Fargo. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star because that would imply they have some redeeming qualities and they do not!

Worst bank to bank with - overdraft will charge you 2x what was over and will only give you 25% back what they charge you after you pay - Mandy (mindy) was horribly rude on the phone - I will be changing banks and I had them for 8 years . Sad

Typical branch bank located next to the Longhorn steak house You enter from the parking to a counter with tellers. No floor staff like the new hope location that feels friendlier The drive thru is efficient but teller feels far away It feels like a small branch and not big staff They have always are friendly but I drive farther to go to the new hope location for the more personal feel
