This pharmacy’s customer service is not great. Especially in the drive thru. I’ve been twice already where I’m waiting in line before they close (and during lunch) and after 3-4 cars are finished in line, they place the “closed” sign in the window and won’t serve me. Like if I’m already in line before you close why don’t you just tell me so I’m not waiting for 20 minutes?

Pregnant with influenza and prescribed Tamiflu and some other medications on a Friday at 2 (showed being filled on the app) and ALL the medications won't be ready until Sunday after 4???? Tamiflu has to be taken 48 hours after the start of the flu or it won't work. So now it's pointless and I'm not going to pay for a medication I can't take.I have never had to wait so long for important medications, and no one called me to tell me there is a problem. Someone should know Tamiflu is time sensitive. 3 stars because I don't know if there is a shortage, though I can't imagine every medication in the order was out of stock. I have never had an entire order held up for days. But also 3 stars because the staff as people have always been very kind. I don't know what is happening but unfortunately this may affect my health so I have to leave a review.

Pharmacy associates were very hateful to my spouse. He had to wait almost 1 hour for a rx that was called in 2 days prior. I know a lot of places are short staffed, but it doesn't help when you take it out on your customers. Very disappointed about how rude & disrespectful all the staff were.

i am furious with online grocery!!! i waited 2 and a half hours and by the time they brought it out my chicken was room temp and spoiled and then to make matters worse, the young lady with the red dreads dropped my eggs and didnt even apologize and just walked off and said a slur. i was beyon aghast and i was absolutely furious and the manager, hunter seemed even less caring than little egg lady. very disappointed in you walmart.

I paid for Walmart membership in Feb '21. So far, 3 orders have gone to my neighbors house. One, I demanded they come get a whole order bc it smelled so much of pot, I couldn't bring it into my house with three little ones here. Something has been left off of EVERY single order. And the cherry on top is today. I chose delivery by 11-12 today. I'm calling Candace at the store ( yes-I've had so many problems from delivery, I've gotten to know her. Very nice btw.) I was calling and the first guy told me the order was fulfilled and maybe the driver stopped off for lunch(with my order?!) but it should be here soon. Then I chatted with CS online. He couldn't even get anyone to answer to see where my order is. I can't cancel and reorder bc then two separate charges would be on my bank account. The store finally calls and tells me they can't even assign a driver to me. So apparently it never left the sore. And that I need to pick it up myself. I told Te-Te from the store, I don't get off til 6. She asked me if I could get it then. What am I paying a membership fee for?! I wanted to cancel my membership and be refunded the difference. They refused my request! What on earth am I paying for if I've got to get my own groceries? I fully understand being short on employees. But don't agree to delivery of you know you can't fulfill the order. And some type of communication would go along way. I'm sick of this and there no way out of it until Feb'22.

This review is for the PHARMACY- It bothers me that there are bad reviews on here, and they don't even apply to the pharmacy part?♀️... I always get my rx filled at this store. Very rarely is there ever a line, staff is always super friendly and helpful, and products are always there. Plus, they have a drive through! I hate waiting in lines and having to go inside the store at other walmarts in the area (I have little kids and it's so nice to keep them in the car!).

They have gone out of their way to save us money every time we go in! They have saved my mom close to $500 in prescription costs. They really spend the time to talk to you and see how they can help you. They are the absolute friendliest group of people I have ever encountered in a “retail” environment and would/do recommend them to everyone I know.

Overall, my experience at this Walmart is the best that it has even been at a Walmart location. Very sweet and nice staff members that don't mind you asking a question. Just left from an early shopping trip, and I'll be honest, I'm all over the place this morning. I got help from a very sweet young woman with blonde hair at customer service, and a man, I want to say his name was Travis or Trevor. They were very sweet and made my bad morning better, just with their patience and kindness. Thank you both

If there was a way to give a negative i would give this place a negive 100 horrible wait times the grocery pick up people are so rude and spitful this is the third time ive had to sit here for 2 hours and dont try to call the manager all shes gonna do is take there side please take your business elsewhere like the walmart on myrtle school road or the one on east franklin dont bother coming here

So I have been living in this area for several years. I have even mentioned to my mom that we do not have a Neighborhood Market near me and boy was I wrong. I have been looking for a specific item that has been discontinued from the Belmont/mt. holly Walmart. So I decided to try another Walmart close by after searching for and not finding it at the Franklin Rd. address. I was shocked when I turned the corner and it was a neighborhoodd market store. I walked in and yes its just a condensed version of the overly huge Walmart. Everything is smaller including the deli, produce section, register lanes, etc. Even though I was in search for one particular item, I decided to look around. The store was clean and well stocked. I did not see as many associates in the store stocking like I do in the larger Walmarts, but I appreciated that. Checkout was quick as I went through the self-checkout lane. I will definitely come back to this location if I don't want to deal with the large crowds and am only looking for groceries.

This was my first time using the pharmacy at this location. Even though they open 2 minutes late. The staff was very friendly and well polished. Uniform was in sync with one another and love the green color. The lady made sure I did understand how to properly take this medication I was picking it. They did also have six feet signs displayed on the floor on were to stand. All staff were wearing mask correctly. Not Bad!

i ordered online groceries on July 3rd, received an email that it was ready, i get there it was not, which was fine I understood the holiday was the next day and they were behind. Fast forward to yesterday, I place my order at 9am for 7pm pickup, received an email and text message saying it was ready, drive 45 minutes to pick up my order and then was told my order was cancelled. I asked to speak to the manager but they were gone for the day and no one could tell me why my order was cancelled so I drove another 45 minutes home. I will never do online groceries at this store again, 2 times I wasted my time.
