I am very dissapointed in this company. I went to one of their stores about a month ago simply just to look at the offers for switching from At&t to Verizon. The salesman who was helping us seemed like he really was helping us, but then I came into some trouble with my phone being locked and I was unable to switch my phone. The salesman was completely aware of this and I told him I would have to look into this another time. A month later, I am being hounded by a collections agency because the salesman signed me up for a phone line with a new number and everything. I have now had to jump through hoops to dispute this all because I was signed up for something that 1. I had no knowledge of and 2. the salesman was fully aware that I was not able to have another phone one until I handled the issue with At&t. I felt this is a situation where someone wanted money however they needed to get it.

Poor customer service. Came into the store and did not get any help. They need better training for their staff. I would not recommend this location at all. Go to another store where people actually care about helping the customers.

Dear Verizon,As much as I appreciate our constant invites to encourage my friends and Family to join Verizon services, I tell you I can not as I like my friends and family. I cant have them get screwd over like I evidently screwed myself over by walking into your store.See? I spent 140$ at the time of sign up over Christmas. I was told that some fees would be waived. I did the Three Device special. I got my very first bill? It was a house payment! 45$ misc fees PER each device AND another 35$ Set up fee PER each Device ONTOP of the fees and taxes that would be monthly.WHAT the H?AND THEN? To top off that cake of "S"? I am to be charged a 50$ restocking fee to return the devices.Ahhhh, corporations praying on the working folks! It never seems to amaze me.So no Verizon, I think that you use and prey on the working class. Some of those folks are your own employees. And No, I wont recommend you as Mint and Visable do offer better programs and far less expensive in the long run. Yes, you have to buy a phone but in the long run? At least they are honest and dont prey on folks needs to be connected.

After so many years with Verizon (20) and their customer service was terrible, both constant and consistent billing/credit issues, we took our (10 lines) with Verizon and we went to or switched to AT&T. The switch is saving us 170 a month and we all received new iPhones (15 pro max) and they gave us cash for switching. Verizon did nothing to keep us, I think because of the “we’re too big to fail mentality” but if there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, you’re never to big to fail.

I rarely post a one star review, but this place is deserving of it, and a lower score if possible. This place is a joke. I’ve visited three times. All three times, the staff and management are inept, to say the least. Mind you, I’ve been a Verizon customer for 10+ years continuously, and almost 20 years in total. Not once, not even close to once, has this store provided even basic customer service. It’s worse than walking into a car dealership. The salespeople don’t listen. And don’t get me started on the “manager”. The guy shouldn’t be in ANY customer facing capacity, let alone a management role.Do yourself a favor and avoid this store like the plague. Go to Belmont if you have to visit a store. Better yet, go to the Apple Store and forget about ever going into a Verizon store again.***Update: whoever runs this store, whether corporate or otherwise , needs to take note of all the reviews. There’s a definitive theme to them. Associates/management are bad at their jobs. Either pay more money to hire better people, or close. Simple as that.

Anyone training people on customer service take them to this store to see how NOT to treat customers. I would not recommend buying or leasing a phone from this place ever. They do not honor their policies and most of the representatives have a smug attitude. Just go online and buy a phone no sense even going to this store. 7-day no hassle return policy is a joke just like them..! Buyer beware!!! We Can't and Won't help you, should be their store motto!

Be careful letting them troubleshoot issues on your device or you may leave with less functionality than you came with and told "well you asked for our help" then to go to Asurion ($200 replacement). I had to act like a jerk just for them to finally give me my original SIM card back, when the ones they tried did not work at all and I had some functionality with the one I came in with. I fixed my phone back to its original state in the parking lot next door. Next time I will troubleshoot the issue on my own.

Verizon wireless is garbage. Customer service is garbage when you call 611 the representatives are garbage they do not honor anything not even a promise to pay a customer that’s been with them for a year and one time I promised to pay text message from Verizon wireless, proving the promise to pay in service still interrupted. They can’t honor their word, so happy I moved to another phone service.

Very clean, hardly anyone there, associates sitting around chatting, the associate did not offer to help me set up my new phone, also did not offer to help me with my employee discount but he's been in this position for 20 some years.I'm sorry to say but I don't recommend going to this location. Thanks

Terrible customer service and no one knows what they are doing. Guy told me they had the phone I wanted then took my screen protector and everything off my old phone and then when confirming everything he said he didn’t have the phone after he took my screen protector off then wanted me to pay $60 for a new one.
