My Mother in law has been a client here since they first opened! She's even sent Them other patients! The pharmacist called social services on her, and said she hadn't picked her blood pressure medicine for 6 months! Lol lol pcaregiver! The social worker called me! We won't be back there, ever!

Today I purchased Mupirocin an antibiotic salve from RosePharmacy, Dumaguete City. The tube was 90% air. I talked with the manager asking for a replacement or return. She stated that it was not their fault and Rose Pharmacy takes no responsibility for defective merchandise.Please reply and suggest what options I have.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for while since I moved her here from wear Virginia were I am originally from.. I have never once disrespected anyone the white lady that work there was very disrespectful to me this morning on the day of 4/15/2022 and the pharmacist was right there and he didn’t say anything. I’ll never go back there again I could of got rude back with the lady but instead I didn’t! if you mad you don’t take it out on customer’s very unprofessional I will take my business somewhere else for now on…

My husband and I needed a rapid Covid-19 test last October to travel outside of the US and we were recommended to go to Union Drugs. The pharmacist came out to our car, administered the nasal swab test, and we had our results in less than 15 minutes. They charge $60 for each person as they don't accept insurance for the test. Now we will be traveling out of the US again next month and we'll definitely go back to Union Drugs. It is so nice not to get the run around!

This place is always very sweet to me and some people come in there demanding and being rude and like people have no respect these days to pharmacist like they're doing the best they can and obviously they're addicts if they're really wanting their medicine that bad

Love love love this pharmacy. I wont go no where else and I do not live in gastonia I commute there. My father was a customer for a very long time and I will be also. He always had my prescriptions ready for me. I usually do not even have to call and check they are very personable and customer oriented. The staff are very friendly and sweet. I just dont imagine using any other pharmacy. Thank u guys it's hard to find a business nowadays where they take even a small amt of time to get to know the ppl that walk in their door. Yaw go above and beyond that.

This pharmacy will claim that medicaid won't approve you, charge u cash , then run the medicaid to get paid twice. They try to use those who are in recovery because they know that they need the medication. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!

Very friendly sweet pharmacist.all the staff there is very friendly and welcoming when you enter and during your entire visit.. they are very quick and try to help and get you in and out and about your day.. they will go above and beyond to help on any way they can.. I was one of his first customers and will be there til he closes I will not go any where else I have had all my mediation switched there and will use no other pharmacy.. I highly recommend this pharmacy..and I thank all the staff for being so kind and friendly
