Cassie has been consistently amazing over the years. She communicates clearly, quickly, and honestly. Additionally, their service department is always top notch. Although I’ve moved closer to other locations, I have come back for my 3rd Subaru with them because of their level of customer service. Other dealerships do not take the time or have the friendliness to compete with Tindol.

Traveling from out of town and had a nail in my tire, I only had a 30 minute lunch break to get this fixed. They patched my tire and had me on the road in probably 35 minutes. Thank you Seth and Bobby!

When I moved to Gastonia some 25 years ago my first major purchase was a Ford Escape that I bought from Natale Tindol at Tindol Ford. Last week I purchased yet another vehicle from the Tindol family, this time a Subaru. Ms. Tindol has gone into the upper realms of dealership ownership so I was met by a kind and caring person by the name of Cassie Harlow. Cassie was probably one of THE BEST communicators I have ever worked with and I cannot stress how important that is. I NEVER had to wonder what was going on with my search and purchase as she was ON IT every day for a week! You cannot do better than Subaru (my 3rd one) and you cannot do better than Tindol Subaru and you certainly cannot do better than Cassie! Thanks guys for an amazing experience for a car that I love!

I inquired about a wrx back in April. The quotes I received were not what I wanted to spend at that time and told them as such, and that I would reach out if I was ever interested in the future. It is now two months later and I have received calls, texts, emails, and voicemails EVERY DAY SINCE. I had 1 single interaction with this dealership and let them know I wasn't interested then. At this point, even if I wanted to buy a subaru, I would prefer any other dealership, as this level of hounding,bordering harassment, is unprofessional. This cannot get you sales. There is no way this type of sales tactic works. This is my public notice to Tindol Subaru to stop contacting me.

If you are trading in a vehicle, avoid this place. I traded in a vehicle more than 10 days ago. They will not honor their contract to pay off the remaining loan on the traded vehicle. They are advertising the vehicle for sale, even though they have not paid for it and therefore have no title. Seems sketchy from a sales point of view. Because they have not paid for the vehicle, I have to continue to make payments so that my credit is not adversely affected. Calls to speak to a manager go unanswered. Maybe just avoid this dealership altogether.

The easiest and most comfortable experience I could have ever imagined buying a new car. Cassie and the entire team at Tindal Subaru made me feel comfortable the entire time and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Cassie by far exceeded any expectations I had going into this process and I'm so thankful for her. She answered all my questions, even on her day off, and never skipped a beat throughout my buying journey. One of the VERY few favorable car buying experiences ever! Our family has almost entirely done business with one dealership because of horrible prior experiences. My son a first time car buyer saw this Jeep from the road, just had to see it up close! We stopped checked it out and he quickly fell in love. Malcolm was quick to help us get on the road for a test drive, he was quick to offer to get numbers together, so we would have all the necessary information to make an informed decision. Ultimately, we fell in love with the car and the price couldn’t be beat by any other dealership!! Malcolm was all the things you want in a sales person helping you make such a big purchase. He was none of the things that had previously scared us away from shopping dealerships where we didn’t have a relationship.
Malcolm deserves all the credit with our purchase here at Tindol Subaru, we would have easily walked away if anything felt pushed, rushed, forced, or anything that felt like a hustle scam. He really seamlessly made the purchase easy and without hiccups! In the future, our family has a second dealership and person we are comfortable to do business with!! That says a lot because we are the type to return where good business is the experience and quick to never return where we’ve had less than good experiences!! We will return, we’ve got two more kids to put into their first cars!!!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I typically always dread the car buying process due to the back and forth between sales and finance trying to get “the best deal” (which is never the best deal), HOWEVER, with Tindol Suburu, what you see is what you get! Cassie greeted me upon arrival and was so warm and welcoming the entire time. The car buying process was easy, straight forward, and I got the literal best deal the first time! I was so happy, smiling ear to ear throughout the entire process! Thanks Cassie and Karen for being awesome! So happy with everything :)

I purchased my 2019 Subaru Outback in 2020 at Casey Subaru in Hampton VA. Then moved to Wilmington and later to Charlotte NC. I have owned many cars and have delt with many dealers and garages. But I have never had a car company so constantly stand behind their product. I get routine service done and when something more serious comes up. They are all over it. The service technician will provide you a video of what they find and give you recommendations with a honest here's whats going on matter of a fact see with your own eyes honest approach. Then when something does come up, let's be honest 140+ thousand miles, they give you options. And gave me a free of cost loaner car while the work was being completed. Because we all have lives and things that need to be done. And, waiting at the dealer all day or being without transportation can be a major problem. I purchased my car for safety and dependability. My next car will be another Subaru because of the excellent service. Thank you Tindal Subaru for the great experience!
