Long time T-Mobile business account here. I went in to get a new case for my phone and asked a few simple questions. The employees were just sitting around on their phones (no one in there) and ignored me. I sat down and waited. Two males and one female employee. The older of the two males finally stared at me like he's being bothered and walked over. I asked him, "How do I get another line and how much do I have left to pay off? Also, I need to get a new case."His response: "Call customer service. Anything else?" I said I need a new case and the glass cleaned around it...I don't know how to put this case on." His response, "Get your own alcohol to clean it. We don't do this." He then gave me an angry stare.So, I went to Best Buy to get a new case and then came back to T-Mobile. He never got up, never greeted me and just angrily stared at me and said, "...go watch videos how to do this."I am a business owner and a commercial T-Mobile client. This is unacceptable. Get your house in order or I go to Verizon with my business.

Very quick, friendly service...was there around mid-morning before the busier times of day.

Never thought this store could be worse than they already have been oror to this. But I was wrong. After customer service had my replacement phone sent to this store for me to pick I showed up to do so after the store notified me it was in. I went to thevstore... but my phone is nowhere to be found a staff member stole my replacement phone! So I had to spend my personal time filing police reports for their employees theft! This store should be closed or at a minimum the staff be dealt with by the powers that run the company. We will be leaving tmobile after 12 years with them due to this store and the crooked staff. Beware of this store.

Awesome customer service... Keys is amazing! Even when corporate made mistakes she stayed on top of it and came through for us.

No one can help with issues. Of any kind you still have to contact customer care. Hopefully you can speak Mexican. They do apologize alot, it seems that they have been trained to say that more than anything.

I tried setting up an account over the phone & didn’t have the best experience. I came in to the store and Hollie TRULY SAVED my account. She worked very hard to get our family the best account and promotion. Her customer service skills are top notch!!! It’s hard to find people who care and do their job with joy, we’ll come into this store and you will find great customer service!

Went in today just a bunch of employees sitting around.Unless you want to buy a new phone, there is nothing they can do for you. Everything is " open your app"Honestly TMobile should just close all the stores if I have to just do everything over the app?

This was the only location in all of Charlotte that had the phone I wanted. I called before going, the lady on the phone was super nice and checked their stock. When I arrived the salesman Sean immediately addressed us, got right to work on solving my problem. By the end of my visit he had both of our phones transferred, everything setup, and everything completed. He was extremely informed and nice. Honestly this was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a T-Mobile Store. I was definitely impressed. Sean was great!

Had a very good experience with the sales person, Diana!!? This is my first time dealing with T-Mobile and so far so good!!! This is a nice store. Lots of nice phones and plenty of plans to suit your needs. This is my first time with T-Mobile. As I said, we'll see how it goes down the road,....with phone companies the proof is in the pudding. After the first 4 months, we'll see if there's any extra charges and see what kind of coverage I get When I Travel. I will keep you informed of my experience!!

Been with T mobile for about 5 months or so. Second time going to the store. First time was amazing couldn’t ask for better. Went today bc my husbands Samsung watch wasn’t working right. Go in and was greeted. The manager ask us what can he do to help, my husband explains what’s going on with his watch and everything. Idk if the manger just didn’t care nor wanted to help but all he did was re set the watch and then said “oh your watch won’t work without your phone near by, it doesn’t work like that” and just kept saying how he should go back to Apple non stop. Didn’t try to help anymore just was done. If you don’t know what you’re doing that’s fine but just brushing us off as nothing no I’m sorry doesn’t work with me. So we went all the way to concord we’re customer service was amazing, they help my husband the best way they could but over all told him he needed to call support but they were just lost on what to do. If the first manager we saw would have said that would have been fine. You just don’t push customers away just bc they have a product you don’t like or whatever the case by be. Things like that make me not wanna stay with T mobile.

I just switched from spectrum to tmobile About a Month ago. Im not at all impressed with the customer Service at all. I bought some earbuds and i had the hardest time returning them and i was in the 14 day period. I love beats by dre i just need some over ear head phones. The sound quality is much better than Apple AirPods.

Theodore R. Helped my wife and I pair up two sport watches to our old trusty A10e Samsungs. He was courteous , professional, and very helpful. Both my wife and and I are now seriously thinking of upgrading our aging phones. If and when we do we intend to ask for Theodore.

I switched from Verizon to Tmobile just a week ago. I was hoping customer service would be better. My boyfriend and I opened our first Tmobile account. My first time to check it out, we were greeted by Ms Clarissa. Very pleased with her professionalism and was very welcoming! Came back this afternoon, we waited patiently... I was very disappointed that this will be same as Verizon. Same poor customer service. I know it is a Sunday but just a welcome or be right with you to acknowledge you have a customer(s)has come in to entrance door, either they are new or been years with you.
