I just received my haircut today and I normally go out every 2 to 3 weeks this time somebody knew cut my hair and read off a piece of paper what I usually get done and didn’t even do it. She cut my hair way too short, pretty much removed all my side burns and didn’t use the close shaver like I asked and always get.
She was so fast by the time I noticed how bad it looked, It was too late. Can’t put hair back.

I love my hairstylist at the Gastonia store me and my son he’s four years old. We go there and get our haircut. She’s so great with my kid so patient with him overall a great establishment
Requested style: I always get the same haircut from the same stylist because she does so good. It’s kind of like a mid taper fade finger length on top.

I took my grandson here today for a haircut. He's almost 3 so he definitely doesn't know the difference in a good or bad cut. However, you'd think the stylist would. I'm not sure if she's new to cutting hair or what, but Sammi Jo just couldn't get it right. I think if she'd kept on she would have had him bald. She finally had to ask Tera to come over and fix it. By this time his hair was so short I could have cut it myself with better results. His hair has never been so short in his life. I really wanted to cry when it was over. I guess the good thing is it'll grow back pretty quick. Just not quick enough for me.
I gave 2 stars because Tera did try to fix it, otherwise it would have been a 1 star.

I’ve only had Samantha cut my hair since coming to this location and that is because she is the epitome of professionalism and a Master of her craft. I highly recommend this location in General due to the positive experience and professionalism of the entire Staff every time I’ve gone there!

I usually look for an expensive barber so I can get a crisp cut. Even after all that money, I still don’t end up with the cut I just got at this spot. Maggie (or Maddie so sorry lol) was an amazing attendant. She found a style that works very well for me and kept me comfortable and welcomed the whole time I was there. This was my first Sport Clips visit and will certainly not be the last. All around awesome!

Paid 33$ for a trim up. With a preexisting line. Took all of a minute.. and didn't even get the dead ends cut off like whatttt. Beyond pissed

Tera did a great job and had a wonderful MVP experience. The cut was rather sharp and precise with no long pieces sticking out. Very evenly faded and cut.
