I have experience more internet issues in the last 3 months than I have had in 3 years!!!! The customer service is awful! They read from a script and you are talking to someone from anywhere in the States!!!! I am very frustrated. I called this morning at at 9:47am ...it's 12:47! No one has showed up! I called again the person was in another state! He said my call had been escalated????? To Where?To Whom??????

Spectrum is THE WORST internet provider I've ever had. The worst experiences dealing with an internet provider, multiple outages AT LEAST once per month, raising my rates unknowingly, and trying to get me to add other services as if I would EVER want to deal with their sleazy company anymore than I should. Terrible experience with them do not ever use this service if you have a chance. And to top it all off after I cancel they make me pay another month after they told me on the phone that I did not have any further payments they send a debt collector after me. COMPLETELY INSANE, I've never had such poor experiences with a company before. Switched to ATT fiber and never looked back, you should do the same.

This is the worst cable company ever. Price gouging, terrible systems, old equipment. I feel sorry for the customer service people who work there and have to deal with irate customers on a daily basis. DON'T USE SPECTRUM!!!

Originally came to exchange a broken Spectrum cable box for a new one. A kind and helpful young woman, Hannah, not only gave us a new box, but also aided us in finding a deal best for our family that is within our family budget. She also greeted us with an upbeat personality when we were called up next and was extremely friendly overall. She is definitely an asset to the company, thank you so much, Spectrum. A+ for customer service.

Straight garbage. I wouldnt bother. Internet goes out EVERY day. Every single day it goes out and i got the "Ultra Speed". Worst internet provider

Employees were nice and gave me the number I needed to call for insurance purposes but do you remember good customer service when they would call for you and help you through the whole ordeal? I miss that kind of service.
