The worst service ever...all they did was tell me to call 611. My billing was screwed up...charged up my credit card. Also no help at all trying to retrieve my data. No idea why my credit card was charged again.

We had an issue with the phone and internet at our office. The service tech Jason Hardison was assigned to my service request, he arrived during the scheduled time and after some time he had us back up and running. There was another service tech that arrived to assist him, Chris Taylor. These guys did an amazing job and had great customer service skills. We appreciate you and the time you took to do the job right. Thank you!

Leaving spectrum for att.
Strongly advise you do the same thing.
We arrived at spectrum in Gastonia near Hudson Blvd. somewhere around 12:30-1:30 I was assigned to help an elderly woman trade in her router but to our surprise we were met with a very disrespectful lady who insulted us and was very rude. She was a heavyset woman with tattoos all over her arms and I think brownish/blonde hair.
I explained her the lady's router did not work for her home and was causing Wi-Fi lag spikes making it impossible for her to use or her family to use Wi-Fi unless they are all in the same room as the router. The lady continued to belittle the elderly woman and myself for no reason, I hope y'all have a video of this.
She explained that she will not look for another router for us that the one we had should work just fine and our only option is to go find another store. We asked if she would look and see if they would please see if they had a router here at the store that would work but she continued to belittle us and refused to look for another router.
On top of that the black lady who worked there was literally sleeping at the front desk while the rest watched her. That didn't bother me but I figured I would throw it in there.
She is also leaving spectrum because the internet goes out many times every week for over 2 years now. They have never come to fix it and she is done giving them money and not receiving a fair value in return.
She will not be returning here for internet after the month is over. She has already called and setup installation with AT&T

I try to skip leaving negative reviews because people are always so quick to do so. This place, however, should come with a warning. The two women working informed me that the modem I had been sent to pick up was available but not compatible since they had recently switched from Charter (even though this is where customer service sent me).
Misunderstanding happen and I typically would not have been upset, but the way that the situation was handled was highly inappropriate. I was told they didn’t know if any other stores were open and they had no way of checking since the stores don’t have phones? I promptly called customer service who dispatched an extremely friendly technician the next day. I’m not sure how these women have their jobs since they have the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life.

Got a new phone yesterday @ Spectrum in Gastonia, NC. Mr Love, the manager, was extremely customer oriented and provided excellent service to me and all the customers.
He has worked with his staff to provide the same level of service that he provides.
He is a leader and leads by example.

The worst store in the entire area. They wait on One customer then they have to take a break 10 to 15 minutes. You cannot use the automatic check to pay A bill I have been to the store four times in the past 2 months the worst customer service. Will go to Lincolnton from now on.

Verizon upped my bill and I hit my limit. Decided to switch to spectrum Mobile at this location. The switch was easy and seamless. Deb knew exactly what to do so I had to do nothing but walk out with my phone on their network. Thank you Deb!

I came in last week because my phone wasn't working correctly. Let me tell y'all, the last at the counter had to of seen the defeat on my face. She asked if I was in before anything else. Then proceeded to get everything worked out for me. I appreciated this so much. Didn't even have to wait long in line

Love the store but the actual service can be improved exponentially
