The whole team here is awesome, but especially Zack and Dennis. Being a new homeowner and having lived in apartments my whole life, they always take care of me with solid advice, selling me the best products for me and only what’s needed and beneficial. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I called Friday morning and ordered mulch and specifically told the lady I needed it Friday. She assured me it would be there after lunch, but it did not arrive and nobody even called to tell me it was not going to be delivered. I stayed at home all afternoon waiting. I called them at 4:10 pm that afternoon and they said there business hours were until 4:30 and I left a message, but no call back. I left another message Saturday and expected a call Monday morning, but no call. When I called the same lady said I did not leave a message and that she told me it may not be delivered on Friday, which she did not. No apology, only arrogance! She said do you want it delivered or cancel order twice, so second time I said cancel order. I know my 7 yards of mulch is not one of their bigger customers, but I explained the weekend was the only time I had to spread the mulch because I have a son recovering from TBI.

We are new to the area and I'm so thankful we stumbled across SiteOne! We've done everything from loads of dirt, gravel, mulch and retaining wall material/steps with them. They are very knowledgeable and so great to work with. The deliveries were always quick and all of the material has been top notch for a very fair price. We will continue to go back here for all of our landscape needs.
