When this place first opened, I was paying $20 for a monthly membership. The service, the wash, the blowers, and the vacuums were great. Since then, they've raised prices twice without warning and I'm now paying $30 for the same wash package and HORRIBLE service! I went for a was June 30, 2024 and the big brushes inside the wash weren't working at all. The employees didn't say that until I asked. The blowers barely knocked the water off the car, and the suction on the vacuums sucked! They've gotten the last $30 they'll ever get from me!

Took my car (2016 Stock Honda Civic )- today to get it clean before going out, left dealing with a nightmare. Pulled up, two guys come out to waive me over to get my lined up with their track and start motioning to pull forward- all of a sudden we hear a large crack from under my car- guy continues to waive me forward- another guy got down to look and saw that their track had pulled the underpinning of my car down, he went to get his manager and came back telling me that their track is broken and the company has been trying to get it replaced- manager comes out with a clipboard has me fill out a form, I mention what the other guy says and he said very boldly “who told you that?” very defensively and almost like it was not supposed to be said- I continued filling out my form while he took pictures- I got out took pictures of my car and walked over to take pictures of the track- clear as day the yellow plastic (what I assume to be a cover for the metal track) was broken and sticking straight up almost like a hook- the kids did not offer to help, said they could not call the manager and that I would hear something in 2-3 days. The KICKER. - I drove less than 2 minutes away to the O’Rileys and went in to ask for help to ziptie it back to the frame- the worker in there said “Let me guess, the car wash did it” - hopefully the company makes this right… we will see in 2-3 days ?

Best self vacuum in town. Usually very clean. Reliable mat cleaners (95%). Employees helpful.

It is decent but not taken care off. I have been to Sam’s Car wash in different locations different states this one the lowest quality. Dirty, very packed, stinky cause of drug people everywhere. Brushes do not work well, wish same starts car wash somewhere in Mount Holly area instead.

I just bought my car. Figured I would give this place a try. The customer service was very polite. I went through the wash and started to dry off my new car. And I noticed that something from inside appeared to scratch my windshield. A tiny bit upset about that.

Car wash was packed but 2 lines to get folks through quickly but disappointed that brushes don't clean the rems. You should at least have cleaning brushes attached and available near the vacuums. Step it up for the price, you're definitely making hand over fist ?.
