I’m only giving two stars because they were at least quick swapping my battery out today. However, the man at the Tire & Battery checkout was completely rude multiple times, to the point I spoke up to him twice about his rude behavior. I rarely use the Sam’s Club app, and didn’t realize I had to re-authorize my account when the card renewed, and he got frustrated with me about that. Then, I was asking him if I would need a new battery, or if they could clean the corrosion off and it would still work (online research on this is a bit confusing - and I’m not a ‘car person’, hence why I go to the “professionals” for advice). He said “does the car go vroom vroom when you try to start it?”, treating me as if I am incompetent, and never actually answering my question. I will not be using this service at Sam’s Club again, which is extremely frustrating considering this is supposed to be a perk of this membership. Do better. ??

Didn't go to tire and battery. Went to store. Very busy. Spent a lot of time looking for stuff. Got my big stuff and left.

Talk about a lack in management. Your meat selection is not what it once was. Got me waiting 30+ min for some pork chops to be cut. You guys need some folks to come down from corporate to retrain your store. No one wants to work it seems. Just grab one that is already cut and let me go on my way. These are days I wish Costco was around here. SMH You’re way better than that this.

Walmart Lake Wylie was letting people sell drugs in the parking lot and was telling me I had to pick up their slack, after 2 managers admitted to letting the others in my department call out every weekend... they normalized this type of treatment towards people of color, then tried to threaten me with my job to do 3-4 other people's jobs... when I didn't (and couldn't) agree to just do all this extra work at a whim, they had a manager literally threaten to beat me up... I tried to trust my management at my store and they treat me indifferent because I'm a white Christian male... even my manager told me I wasn't allowed to go to church anymore without someone's approval when those were always my unavailable days, then they tried to do everything they could to get me fired, including starting a fight with me. Sam’s not only price gouges taking an item from $1349 to $1549 in one day, then if you try to purchase the item online, they close it out even though they have the item. They say you have to wait for it to ship, but it states that it will be delivered over a month later and they don’t match, not even Sam’s. I have purchased tons of items from Sam’s, seen significant price changes, whoever this is the largest change I have ever seen. Clearly they wanted to be intentional about what they were doing so they even changed the date on the sign, to legitimize it but for a frequent shopper, you can’t do that and think it won’t be noticed. Either they get these items with no intentions to sell them or they are holding these items for their employees and that is unfair either. Hopefully others will being this to light.

Signed up for AT&T at the local club. Company is actually New Age Mktg. based in CLT. Whole experience has been HORRIBLE from the start. Signed up for service and told no Installation Fee (got charged one for each of the three serivces): was told old phone number would be ported over/wrong, was originally given new number so had to delay installation for additional 10 days: was told would receive two Sam's Club gift cards, received one: was told and given on contract special pricing for Voice(Landline), received bill for full price so was told had to wait three billing cycles-did not happen so called AT&T and was told promo was no longer available: other issues but think I have written enough for you to get my message. Has been TOTAL disaster!! Person who signed us up never returned my phone calls and neither did anyone from New Age.

I never knew I would be the one to wear sams club clothes BUT let me tell you these Eddie Bauer black joggers are sooooooo comfortable I will have to go back for more. You are missing out if you are not shopping in the clothes isles. Also picked up a nice bottle of MK perfume.

Have called 7 times now, with no answer it just rings until someone hangs up on me ! Already paid for installation but no one bothers to answer the phone to get it scheduled . I hear them answer then send to music then hang up. Gurss my next call needs to be corprate .

The gas pumps get backed up for people with tank on the drivers side. My daughter pulled up to one of the many empty pumps. At first it said it was offline. Then it worked so I started pumping gas and the pump shut off. I went to the attendant to let her know. She said we were Pointed the wrong way and intentionally shut the pump off after only putting 2 gallons of gas in and made us move to wait in line again. She said that's what she's told to do. So instead of just saying... you're pointed the wrong way She shuts it off. Doesn't let us finish. I'm from another state where things are done differently. You can pull in either way at every Sam's I've ever been to. I've been a Sam's member for a long time. This is a garbage way to treat a customer. Come up with a more courteous solution for the problem at your location. JUST RUDE!

I love shopping at Sam's Club. But, today, I was a bit disappointed with their customer service. It took about 10 minutes for them to get me a person to assist me with putting heavy items into my car. I can't lift heavy items due to being in a car accident. They were staff members that were standing around waiting to scan receipts, but there was no one in line for a few minutes and never a long line. After I saw the guy call two or three times on the walkie he finally had to call a young man that works for Sam's I'm over to help me with putting the heavy items in my car. That young man assists with buggies. I came to the store by myself, because I had no one else to go with me at the time I had just dropped off one of my teenage sons. I was only going to get a few items, but I didn't count for the heavy water, Powerade or double bagged charcoal. Again, I want to say that I shop at Sam's a lot but I was a little disappointed with the length of time I had to wait for assistance when I saw some staff members that aren't really busy.
