We brought two of our high end cars from Charlotte to David Russell's shop. He and his crew did an AMAZING job! David has been in the business since he was 15- and now it has been 50 years for him. The turn around time of 3-4 days saved us from 4-6 weeks at the dealership for their estimated timing- in addition, we were able to not even need to have a loaner or rental car. For something that was to be an awful experience became simple and truly just a nice experience to work with someone so personable- and with such integrity. He and his crew take so much pride in a job well done which is not your typical business these days!

My mother has brought her vehicles for paint jobs.Mr.Russell Sr and his son are welcoming .They are trust worthy people to the job.They did a"Awesome paint job on my mom vehicle didn't take long like they said and Good on their word.That speaks volume in these Days &Time!! IF YOU LOOKING FOR GOOD PAINT JOB,I ADVISE YOU TOO GO BY OR CALL THEM.

Always fair, always friendly, always conscientious. Had the rear bumper repairs on our modern car and the chrome bumper replaced on our 1967 Tbird. Both times the work was flawless.

If you have to have parts replaced..go elsewhere. Had 2 spots repaired and the bumper replaced. That's where I messed up. They did excellent work on the bodywork but they dropped the ball on the bumper cover. Aftermarket parts, but we knew that was the case. Actually, had it replaced before, so wasn't to worried. Plus they assured me they'd get the better of the aftermarket parts. Well, that didn't happen. Just took what allstate suggested, which was awful. Should have been returned or fixed. Neither was done. I'd noticed where the parts met and curved in at the seams.. there were flat spots and wasn't fitted correctly. The flat spots probably where they over trimed the excess flange that be on the parts. But also the was something like overspray or something on the cover. Felt rough to the touch , like sand on the car. Now some fine sandpaper and a couple of minutes and it could have been smoothed out and then painted. But they just painted over it. Took it back, but they didn't want to fix, cause then they'd have to paint and blend the paint again. So I took it to the place that wanted the jobs to begin with, but they didn't want to have to correct someone else's sloppy work and stated they'd prefer to just order another cover and do it right. I should have taken that one part to where allstate wanted me to take it and had them do it since then, it would have been guaranteed!! The shoddy work on the cover overshadowed the good on the others parts!!

David and his wife were both very helpful and polite , I had a small job which was just installing some ground effects on my car . But David took the time to work me into his busy schedule. There is a reason they have been around so long and are so busy they do great work!

absolutely amazing job!!!! mr russell went above and beyond and was amazingly kind and personable through the entire process of repairing my car :) he explained things clearly to me, contacted the insurance company on my behalf through the repair process, and kept me informed of everything that was being done. he also painted my ground effect kit and detailed my emblems and my rims for me!!! mrs russell was also extremely kind and helpful and helped me in my communications with the insurance company multiple times, which i greatly appreciate. i truly feel like they have my back and that they wanted my car to be repaired to the best condition possible. i highly recommend russells body shop. pictures show before and after.Services: Painting

My name is Michael Glinter. I bought a 2013 Corvette which had been left in the sun at the beach for many years. The paint was ruined on the upper surfaces. David and Clint took the car a part and did a total renovation on the paint to the original color and at a very reasonable! They even did some custom work as I wanted the back painted matte black. It’s awesome!! They are detailed, great family business. A couple of guys you know are on the up and up and would want to have a beer with. If you’re in need of a perfect paint job. David and clint went the extra mile to repair my vehicle from the hurricane winds. They care about the work and customer satisfaction unlike alot of body shops who just do insurance claims. Explained what they would be doing to my camaro and made sure i was happy. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone for repairs or paint work/dent removal and will always take my vehicles there in future. Oh and was 50% cheaper than other body shop that quoted to repair my car. Excellent prices.
