I've been to many car wash locations, Rip Tide, in Gastonia, is by far the best. For both the quality of the wash and their customer service. Everything is clean and the staff is very polite.
The reason why I leave a 4 and not 5 star feedback is because random people come in and use the vacuums without washing their cars or paying and I've had some of those people jump infront of my car. They should have gates blocking the vacuum access.
