Never received my 2nd check it was only $80 but still I never was contacted or emailed when it was ready and when i called they said it wasn’t there mind you I filed in January I got my first check months ago this one was suppose to be here 2 weeks after the first one

Very rude when asking questions about your taxes. Refuse to tell you how much they charge till they get one of your checks from federal or state. Then refused tell they ask manager / owner Mike if I could have a receipt of what they charged us which was $654 leaving us only 144 from our state but the thing is IRS red flag them for our federal so they was trying to take the whole check so they sent it to our address instead they have many many bad reports

It’s been about two years now since we’ve been back, after we were consecutively charged nearly $500-700 for our taxes to be done each year, Never again.Now we get them done for $130 at a place in Kings Mountain and what’s sad is my family has been going to them for years. It should not matter how much we were getting back at the time taking that much money from someone when you know their family for one and two when you can get them done on turbo tax for freaking free, is sad.

I have been going to Rapid Cash for the past 12 years to do my taxes, I will never go anywhere else but here, the people are very friendly, always smiling. for 12 years I have always had Rhonda Goodman to do my taxes, she is so nice and friendly always smiling. I have always used this place and they have been great until these past couple years ,the agent that did my taxes last year sent my taxes in with the wrong ss number after I gave him my card ,he should of noticed it was wrong before sending it I had to go for app. To verify myself Nov last year in charlotte an still have not got my taxes from last year or this year.Not very happy..
