Home Depot and Lowes didn't have a particular bolt I needed to repair a stupidly expensive Herman Miller office chair. The guy at Lowes suggested I try this place. I called and spoke with Mark who was able to locate the bolt I needed right away. I stopped by and there is a single entrance for customers and a small walk up order area. I was helped immediately and was able to pick up 2 bolts for dirt cheap. I was even having trouble finding these online! Bring cash as I think they have a credit card minimum.
