I'm currently in two store not one but TWO employees are making sandwhich online orders. I'm standing here about 7mins when one finally finishes a sandwhich, she drops it off and comes back to start another online instead of helping the customer in front of her. There's a line forming behind me and they're both continuing online orders! A girl from the hot food finally comes to assist. Idk what instruction the get in the deli area but it's the only place in publix their service is always terrible. They need to do better

TOO EXPENSIVE! I know food is getting ridiculously expensive every where, but Publix is by far is 1 of the the most expensive grocery stores around. Yes, it's nice and pretty, but you're paying a lot extra for the esthetics. Honestly as long as the store is clean and has a good selection with decent prices, isn't that what really matters over all?
