Great store, but I just drove 25 minutes to pick up one item just to be told that they don’t open until 10 o’clock when their website says 9 AM. Please fix your hours.

If you don't open until 10am, then state so on your website. It's your negligence wasting customers time. Makes shopping with you more of an inconvenience than anything

Horrible customer service! I’ve been coming to this store regularly since it opened. The staff there now is so rude and unhelpful. Then the entire time I was checking myself out, there was no one in sight to ask a question. Won’t be going back.

Went into this store to look around and did not get to have a pleasant shopping experience. I kept getting asked if I was finding everything okay, over and over like I was stealing or something. Very uncomfortable experience. Then the store announced that they had security cameras watching people and to ask someone if they needed help with anything. How many times are y’all going to announce that over and over.

This was a great little find. They have very reasonably priced decor for the season. Plus, some items are better priced than the dollar stores that are no longer a dollar. Worth checking out if you love bargains!!

Best place to shop on a budget, items are High quality and they always have some sort of sale going on! I have never spent more than $50, and leave with bags and bags of goods

Pop shelf is such a gem it reminds me of five below but much more elevated. It's beautifully organized and the staff is kind. I find these two beautiful coffee tables and made them a Tv stand

I always leave with something adorable. When Popshelf first came around I was disappointed that there weren't any close to me. Now I go every couple of weeks to see what's new. They always have loads of stuff marked down from past seasons, sometimes up to 70% off. As well as some unique decor, they do carry essential items like beauty and hair care, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, medicines, food and drinks, and more!
