I just had my first work out after disappearing for two months. I already knew the staff was friendly from my first few months attending, but the reminder when I came back was something so refreshing after a while. Of course they remembered me, they saw me almost every day when I was originally attending, but it still felt so unexpected and welcoming to have my absence acknowledged and to be welcomed back, from the front desk to the locker rooms while they cleaned. I really needed some friendly faces this month, and this gym gave me that, even when I didn't know I needed it.

Very clean building great equipment, but very difficult to unfreeze my membership. Can’t get anyone to answer phone at 7am. Poor customer service. Rules of club are not enforced

The young lady who manages this gym is the best and sweetest person. Her outgoing personality and direct manner make me smile every time I walk in the door and she greets and remembers me to stop off here and there while working out to chat with her. She’s very bright for her young age and is certainly a valuable asset to the gym to make that location even more appealing if it would just keep the same hours as the other Gastonia location. The gym is always impeccably maintained with a staff that follow the helpful friendly attitude of the management.

Love PT the staff is so nice and respectful,and always making sure its clean.I am really enjoying it, I have been a member for 7 years and having a wonderful time. Blessings to the the people that desired to open a fitness center where everyone one can enjoy themselves.
