I like the Gastonia, NC PetSmart, the staff are always helpful and friendly. The only negative is staffing. The checkout line is always long because they only have one cashier. Does this happen because they have job openings but nobody applies to work there? Or is this corporates idea of cutting back on cost? Either way it is annoying to stand in the long checkout line, but that is not the fault of the employees that work there. That cashier probably wishes there was another cashier to help when the checkout line is so long.

I will never take my my goldendoodle there again. About 4 days ago I took him there paid over 130.00 and my dog came back with cuts and scrape injuries in several parts of his body. I didnt notice until I was trying to brush him and he would not allow me to brush him.I was told that the reason he had low spots was because of matting. But it looks like a 5 year old cut his fur.I would never take him there.Don't take your pet there.

i went up front to ask a lady for service in the cricket section and it's been more then 30 minutes. We've been waiting for ages i don't recommend ever coming here! the service here is POOR!! you'd think it would be good but NO! i've also seen cages in filthy states. seriously poor animals

I booked my pets for a grooming appointment 1 hour and 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time. I get a call as I'm putting my kids and pets in the car to be informed that my appointment will be canceled because it wasn't available. The biggest inconvenience and the staff didn't seem to really care.

Savannah at Petsmart is the only one that my babies will go to. He loves her, and I know that she will take good care of him. He always comes back happy and well groomed

Amber did a good job of a simple wash and trim for my puppy. I was surprised at my dog's happy and playful attitude after his first experience ever at a groomer. He will need a few more puppy treatments before he gets used to the process of going to a salon. My dogs face was trimmed, nails were clipped, and he was so silky soft. I received many compliments on his appearance afterward that I would continue bringing him in for grooming sessions.

Always take care my dog very good. This time was a little different because it was only one girl taking care of all the dogs because they others had to leave because emergency. But she did a great job all by herself. I give 4 stars because No one else helped her and a few people had a very long wait.
