“Just moved to North Carolina in the last year and had to find a new groomer for my Havanese. He is normally a bit squirmy when being brushed or groomed, and has difficulty sitting still or cooperating with groomers. Our last groomer had complaints about him, and he was never excited to go. The second time I took him to Bow Wow Boutique he started recognizing where we were going and getting excited. The third time I asked him if he wanted to go to the groomer and he bolted to the door and waited excitedly. He always looks great after I pick him up and always smells terrific, but ultimately the most important thing to me is that he is safe, happy, and not stressed out. That’s what I get here! It is clear that he is treated well and is not upset about going.”
“Great prices on majority things especially when they have big sales. I don’t go there for pet food or supplies mainly just treats and toys.
Love their selection of treats and toys they have all over store. Very clean store and employees very attentive and helpful.”

“This grooming salon is wonderful! My Lola HATES her feet touched and has always been been difficult get her nails done. Elizabeth, the salon manager, is a miracle worker! After her groom Lola is calm and always happy on top of looking and smelling absolutely fantastic! Thank you Gtown Petco!”

“I like the Gastonia, NC PetSmart, the staff are always helpful and friendly. The only negative is staffing. The checkout line is always long because they only have one cashier. Does this happen because they have job openings but nobody applies to work there? Or is this corporates idea of cutting back on cost? Either way it is annoying to stand in the long checkout line, but that is not the fault of the employees that work there. That cashier probably wishes there was another cashier to help when the checkout line is so long.”

“Didn't have 100% of what I was shopping for, but had 75%= Good Enough. :)They became a little impatient 40 mns before closing when I entered & as I was browsing & then shopping, asking me 4 Xs within 5 mns If they could help me find something; I finally had to tell them to stop. They then became very professional & the rest of my shopping experiences went VERY well. I will most likely revisit.”
