3745 S New Hope Rd, GastoniaJust moved to North Carolina in the last year and had to find a new groomer for my Havanese. He is normally a bit squirmy when being brushed or groomed, and has difficulty sitting still or cooperating with groomers. Our last groomer had complaints about him, and he was never excited to go. The second time I took him to Bow Wow Boutique he started recognizing where we were going and getting excited. The third time I asked him if he wanted to go to the groomer and he bolted to the door and waited excitedly. He always looks great after I pick him up and always smells terrific, but ultimately the most important thing to me is that he is safe, happy, and not stressed out. That’s what I get here! It is clear that he is treated well and is not upset about going.

I will say that Darlene is very rude and condescending I didn't appreciate the insults towards myself over my dogs nails being long as an essential worker who works 40 plus hours a week I don't always have time to take my dog to get his nail trimmed. I also dodnt like the fact she didnt grind his nails and clipped them to the point they bled. I will not have my dog groomed by her ever again

The checkout line is always long because they only have one cashier. Does this happen because they have job openings but nobody applies to work there? Or is this corporates idea of cutting back on cost? Either way it is annoying to stand in the long checkout line, but that is not the fault of the employees that work there. That cashier probably wishes there was another cashier to help when the checkout line is so long.

Love love love. She sees 6 of our dogs, 5 are Shar Pei rescues which are notorious for countless medical issues.

I took in some strays this year and everyone at this clinic was happy to help give me all I needed to get them up to weight, flea free, and medicated for all the issues stray kittens come with. They also helped with my adult cats and didn’t shame me for my obese cat (though it was responsibly mentioned as he did need an X-ray and all that fat can get in the way lol). I’m fairly new to the area, so I’m happy to find a clinic that has staff that feels just as personable and invested in my pets as they did back in my small country hometown.

They are extremely professional and understand how much you love your pet. They make every effort to accommodate you and your pet's needs.I have a pretty sensitive dog. She doesn't like loud or strange environments. My dog comes home happy EVERY time here. We have had some long trips, over 2 weeks, and she comes home the same each time.They have different types of spaces to choose from, grooming, and daycare.We love them!

126 S Trenton St, GastoniaGave a try while on baseball trip. Very nice location, plenty of open outdoor and indoor spaces. They had Live music on a Saturday night. I like the fact that the beer was cold. Had Very Special Episode Hazy IPA and Sippy Cup + Pink Guava and they were refreshing well balanced. Had the loaded Nachos with smoked pulled pork, while they did not lack on flavor they were served with pretty much the chips from the bottom of the bag (all broken pieces). The flatbread was good. If you are a local, perhaps friend of them, or regular customer, it seems those are served well here. It was interesting how the two bartenders at the time almost switched completely the attention to a gentleman behind us, maybe they have VIP memberships ?.

We also ordered a pistachio/sugar coffee. It was made very well and was top quality in taste. The food was very tasty and tasted fresh. I will definitely be going back soon.

The pizzas are made from scratch in house and the ingredients are fresh. I highly recommend visiting here for a pizza and a beer.
