Horrible experience go in trying to piece together my truck because I just purchased it have it at a local reputable shop right down the street. Mike is a racist and Travis doesn’t need a management position. You’re in a customer service base job if you don’t wanna help people look for a new career.

My husband and I came back to return a piece the moment we walked in the store the employee tells is coworker “there comes the guy that speaks Spanish I’m not taking him I’ll take a customer when he leaves” not know I spoke English. Store manager was called up and took one look at us didn’t even take the piece out the box and said No they won’t give us a refund. If you can’t work in a store with diverse groups of customers find yourself a different job where the only customers are your own raise. Y’all need to hire more Spanish people considering the majority of your customers are Hispanics.

Went to pick up my part I had Joe lay out some parts for me people were really rude gave me the wrong part went home come back and did it again there's still still got the wrong part I would not go there they don't know what they're doing

We are ultra-impressed with O'Reilly Auto Parts. On a busy Saturday afternoon, we needed to call several locations looking for a specific small toy whose brand they are known to carry. Each and every employee we spoke with took such time and effort to kindly and professionally search for the specific item we needed. How extraordinary it seemed to speak with many individual employees at several area locations so willing to assist us. We will be new customers going forward and hope that O'Reilly's management teams will recognize the competent employees they have hired at both Gastonia locations, including both the East and West Franklin stores.
