It was rough for a while and there were so many horror stories coming from this place,
I had one myself and was skeptical about coming back but I was in a time crunch -however it seems like the associates have been upgraded and invested in ! The facility offers more services ; I appreciated them checking my air pressure which is cool and I must say “Mr. James” made it a memorable experience- keep him around !!! I’ll be back !”

“After going to 7 different tire shops in Gastonia to get a locked lug nut off my car in order to get new tires I sent to Grease Monkey. Chris at this place worked like a dog and got the locked lug nuts off. He was absolutely awesome. No one else would even try. He did it and I could not be more greatful
