Jimmy is a great Accountant to work with at NUMBERSETC. A wealth of knowledge in IRS tax procedures, management of small businesses, and has advised myself and my husband in our independent businesses for a very long time. Proceed with caution. Jimmy Poag in my personal experience is akin to a used car salesman. He is an absolute liar and has consistently not followed through with what he said he was going to do. His quickbooks management is an absolute joke. The only thing jimmy poag did consistently, besides ignore me, was send my business a monthly invoice. Latonya is the only good thing about numbers etc she is amazing but she is not in control.

Numbers Etc filed my personal taxes for a few years and their filing methods are now costing me thousands with the IRS. They neglected to file parts of my taxes for numerous years, even though all paperwork and information was provided, now Numbers Etc is to refusing to take any responsibility for their actions. I am have been trying to communicate with the company about this issue since Dec of 2020 to only have my emails and communication attempts ignored.

I found this company online once I started my business full time and needed a local accountant to help me out. I must say that I am very LUCKY to have found such and honest, hard working, educated accountant during this process. Jimmy and his team has literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars already and he has been my accountant for only 15 months. Jimmy handles my book keeping and pay roll for my company and since then has started handling my personal finances because he is just that good! No matter if you just need your taxes done or your payroll and book keeping handled, look no further. Every time I have needed any of my account information, pay stubs or simply have a question he has been there. He is a really good guy. He even calls me personally when he see's something pop up on my account that is not familiar. Thanks Jimmy for all you do.

Jimmy Poag and his team have been doing our bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation for 7 years. NUMBERSETC is not your typical stuffy accounting office. He and his staff are very friendly and will do everything that they can to help their clients. Their office is clean and welcoming, where you are always met with a smile.
