This location is now a Mavis Tire and they rock!
The awesome women at the desk, Allie and Nathalie really helped me out today.
After getting caught in the rain with a tire loosing air they were able to patch me up and send me on my way! Definitely recommend!

I would frequently take my fleet vehicle into get serviced. Today I take that vehicle in for a replacement tire. To my surprise when I got back into my car after service I noticed my things in my center console had been gone through and I was missing money. After notifying the employees in the front one of them went into the garage area (where there are cameras mind you.) Asked the employees in the garage area if anyone knew anything. Returned to me in the lobby and notified me that no one said anything. Asked me what I would like to do while apologizing. For me it wasn't about the money, it was the principal and how the situation was handled. Needless to say I will never take any of my vehicles to be serviced here ever again.

Scott was fantastic to work with. He personally replaced a flat tire. He is very knowledgeable and the work performed was thorough and timely. I would highly recommend visiting this location and working with Scott.

Went by and seen Scott With a trailer tire. He did an awesome job at getting the tire reset on the rim . Highly recommend mavis tires for all your needs.

I went in for a balance and it turned out my rear tires and shocks were totally shot. Scott took his time to show and explain everything with me and helped me figure out a game plan for moving forward to take care of those items. I honestly can't remember ever having the level of customer service I got today. Scott's a keeper, thanks NTB!

Nathalie was amazing and provided an effortless customer experience when assisting me with getting brand new tires put on. She also helped me make the smart decision to get an alignment, and assisted me with purchasing new wiper blades. This team did an amazing job at taking care of my vehicle and had me out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to returning soon to purchase new tires for my Mother’s vehicle. Great service, great attitudes, and great customer service overall.
