Insurance is insurance, but how the staff takes care of you is EVERYTHING. New Hope insurance has been my agent for years. That said there are always going to be questions that need answering and changes that need to be made to any insurance policy over time.I can promise you there are not many agencies like New Hope Insurance who will hold you hand and take care of EVERYTHING you need.Fair. Honest. And trustworthy. Cristian, Jason, Santiago and the rest of the team are wonderful to work with. Thanks for always being there and being so kind and helpful.

You should be more careful and attentive with your clients' payment procedures. A friend of mine was charged 150 deposit in December and then she received a paper where they are charging her for everything for the year and she also has to pay again for the month of DecemberThey are overcharging her for 75 dollars and my friend is elderly. It seems abusive and unprofessional to me that this type of situation exists.Mrs. Loreley Caro is disappointed by this problem

While I am frustrated to no end navigating the hellscape that is car insurance, New Hope's management has repeatedly done their best to do right by me. The notes of employees could be better, but they are always cordial and polite even during frustrating circumstances and make a good faith effort to try to fix the situation.

Worst customer service experience. My husband and I had car insurance policy for multiple vehicles for over a year with this company. We recently moved and updated our address with them; the price for insurance was ridiculously high and we decided to look for better options. We found a better deal and we notified this company- first the lady was extremely rude to my husband saying that we needed to cancel the policy 10 days before the new one starts, he kindly asked if there was a cancellation fee, his question was ignored and was told to call again in 10 days. When we called it ended up being on a Saturday and another representative told us to call during the week. When we call on a Tuesday the same rude lady told my husband he needed to pay a cancellation fee over $400.00 if not paid they will file him to a collection company. We received the bill several days ago - I called today to make the payment and I was told after the payment that my husband was already filled to a collection company without being a month of us canceling the policy. Very unprofessional, rude and lack of respect are this new hope insurance company.
