The worst store you could possibly go to . The manager lies and also never gave me my pin and also set my address up as her own address . I don't like dealing with a liar nor do I appreciate being lied to . I didn't even want to give even 1 one star .

Needed to swap phones over to a new device that I wasn't sure would work with Metro! The ladies here are absolutely amazing and really helped clarify what I needed and helped me get everything set up! This location is the absolute best, I'd say even in all of NC! Check this place out for all your device needs! Thank you guys so much! I won't go anywhere else!

They lied. Told me I was paying to activate a new line but charged me for a tablet and told me it was free. Luckily I was able to call customer service and get the additional line removed but definitely get a receipt at this location.

Well, I am upset with Metro right now. I would not recommend them. The Metro Store and Customer Service by phone act like they are not affiliated with each other.
They contradict each other and infact treat each other as enemies. My account was suspended yesterday after paying my bill in the store 2 days prior. And also after having 5G for a year, now they say it isn't avail in my area. I was switching my main line to a new device and they put it on my 5G. Then said I cancelled my wifi, but they did it. Then said it wasn't avail in my area when it was prepaid for 2 more weeks and 150 G
