“I needed assistance in getting a large clumsy package into the store. I called to request help and the staff here was helpful and courteous! They said all I needed to do was to call once I arrived. I arrived, called, and a staff member quickly came outside to wheel my package inside. Once inside, I was brought up to the counter right away. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. “There was no line of any sort i walked right up n was greeted very nicely he was very knowledgable n very polite n he didnt get frustrated with me at all in-fact i even had to run out to my car for my wallet for him to print the label its always a great experience to go to the ups store even if you wait you do not wait long they come from the back to all pitch in which is awesome”
