Inside the store was hotter than outside. Store associate could not be bothered to help... The third time he passed me over for a customer who showed up after me, I left my items and went to HD.

As a Lowe’s customer and credit card holder, this location will never get my business again. We paid for a fence install and the process and professionalism was terrible. Materials were left on my property (and my neighbors property) on a Friday with no notice or heads up. They didn’t ring the bell or get approval on where to leave them. The materials weren’t properly covered or secured. A piece of paper with all of my personal information (name, phone number, email, address, etc.) was left on top of the unsecured materials for anyone to walk up and see. Opened bags of concrete have been left in front of my house since Friday with several days of rain. Concrete is leaking onto my lawn and my grass has been killed and damaged from the pallets. Communication has been scattered and inconsistent. We keep getting told different information about the refund that needs to be processed for an additional payment Lowes told us we needed to make and then told us we didn’t need to make. We were told materials would be picked up yesterday and now, not until tomorrow. This has been a headache of an experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I got my washer and dryer from them. The employees did not realize that the credit offer was EITHER $600 off your purchase or 0% financing. Besides that I had good trips/visits there.

This the best darn place ever to get tools, plumbing, electrical, hvac, lumber, keys, drywall, and just about anything for the house. Eff the orange place, Lowe's for life.

Came in, made a 1 gallon paint order, then shopped around with the family. Tried to waste a much time as i could to let the paint people do their thing. 45 minutes later, they never made our paint, so we left. Literally 9.25 hours after i ordered it i get a text that they're starting it. So i suppose my question is: Next time i order paint does it come with a hotel room to sleep in while i wait?

DOGS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE STORE
Entitled dog owners and their pets will one day if not already cause a major problem by bringing their dogs in the store and thinking everyone else around them should be accepting. Dogs can be as unpredictable as people. Shoppers without dogs should not have their space violated and threatened because they don't want someone's dog too close to them. Some day it is going to be a bad scene with possible injuries or worse. This can be easily avoided by a change in policy perhaps only certain days dogs are allowed. Must be strictly enforced. This will help all shoppers Until then My recommendation to all non dog owners DO NOT shop at Lowe's.Until policy changes have been made.Don't be silent speak up..If Lowes don't take a look at and change the policy Lowes is basically thumbing their nose at non dog owners
