I don’t usually write reviews but me and my fiancé and my baby went in there to try and find some shirts well my baby decided to start crying an as my fiancé was trying to calm him down and take him out to the car this employee went over to my fiancé looked at my baby and rolled her eyes and shook her head. it was disgusting and uncalled for. being it’s a BABY who can not speak to tell us what’s wrong I was the bigger person and didn’t call her out. yes people don’t want to hear babies crying but we don’t need people like this employee to roll their eyes and shake their head an be dramatic towards a baby.

Jasmain took care of my daughter and I today. We couldn’t believe how much she knew about each shoe ..highly recommend and we are not easy to please because we both have issues finding shoes to fit us. She stayed with us the whole time helping us try them on.

Door was locked and they just looked at us. Very disappointing considering the drive and my daughter was in from WV.Hope the employees enjoyed leaving early. If hours have changed the website needs to be updated.

Went in Gastonia today after having a pair of shoes for few months. They were coming apart on the inside. I only wanted a copy of the receipt so I could make a complaint to the manufacture. The kind person helping me said they would be happy to exchange and helped me select a different brand. I truly was blown away.Wow customer service at its best!!!Thank you so very much for helping me. I would recommend everyone to go to Lebos Gastonia.Thank you and see you soon.Jeff

I got there around 6:20 pm, or so. I realized they were closing at 7pm, so hurried to find myself a pair of boots. Nobody asked if I needed any help, but hey, it's 2023 right ? I did indeed find,after some looking, a nice pair of Laredo's... upon putting the other boots I tried on, with the stuffing back in 'em, best as I could,so the next customer could enjoy the experience and no employees would have to do extra work, I made my way towards the counter, stood there after placing my boot box on the counter,thinking the guy across on the other side of the counter was another customer in need of help, he finally steps around and starts ringing me up, no words, mind you,so I didn't say anything either, until after my card went was accepted...then there was some kind of glitch while waiting on my receipt... meanwhile the phone was ringing while I was pulling up my bank to make sure everything was good..the phone rang, the young guy says " should I answer" ??? The guy who rang me up says "no, I would--,rest I didn't hear what he said... time was 6:34 pm ... plenty of time to maybe help someone I thought. The gentleman gave me my receipt and I started walking, he finally said "have a good day ",or something to that effect,as I said yup,you to.I like my boots, I think I got a fair price. The customer service freaking sucked though. I've helped run a retail store before, when the phone rang and I was on the clock,I always answered it, I didn't want nobody to make a useless trip, always wanting to tell them the closing time or I'd be glad to help em tomorrow. Same way if it was time to go and someone was trying to make their final purchases. Dang shame I'll tell ya ! It doesn't matter what you pay folks sometimes, you wouldn't get any better service if they was making what they are really worth. My hope is everyone steps it up there and the owners show both of em my review. That'd be good enuff- shame on yun's !

This store has a wide variety of shoes, hats and clothes. Some prices are a little high, but the quality is great and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Jon was so helpful today. He helped me find a shoe for my broken foot recovery for over 45 minutes with a smile on his face. Must have went through 10 shoes. Very patient and informative. Give him a raise. My Hokas are awesome. Fit great. Again. Give him a raise.
