New Update, Did as the dealer suggested below. Contacted service manager and they did nothing to help me. I have a hyundai with 83,000 miles on it I have to throw in the trash. They will not good will warranty anything. These cars are total garbage. Just google how many people have had this same issue. Buy anything besides a Hyundai. Hoping this saves allot of people from loosing allot of money like I have. ............."Original Post" Warning, Do not buy a Hyundai. Mine only lasted to 83,000 miles and engine failure. They refuse to warranty it. They want 9,800 dollars to change the engine. With current technology every new could should last 100k miles or more. I did all the proper maintenance. Whatever you do do not buy. These cars are garbage!!!

I keep trying to post this review, and I guess they don't like what I have to say. So, let's try this one more time. Would give this place a 0 if I could. There is a sales consultant there who should be fired. He is extremely rude, and he thinks he can speak to anyone just any kind of way. If you're going to attempt to speak to customers in a degrading manner, here's some advice, do it tactfully and to someone who isn't smarter than you. You're a sales consultant....that's it...and a terrible one at that. And no, I do not want an apology because it would not be genuine.

This vehicle is burning through 5qts of oil a week they will not fix it! I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this dealership
Update! Called the Manger he had me bring it in and they put oil in it had me bring in a 1000 miles later and confirmed it is using oil. Did a claim with Hyundai and they denied the claim to fix so I was told I could pay $680 for them to do what would supposedly fix it or trade the vehicle in. I'm not paying to fix it when it was sold to me with this issue! I let them try and trade it in but they want 3000 down because of negative equity in this vehicle which is crazy I've only made 2 payments on this vehicle and looks like I'm gonna have to look into a lawyer to see what I can get done
Bought this 2018 Hyundai santa fe sport and I've only had it 2 months and the oil light started flashing so we checked the oil and its completely empty! They told us it would be our problem and we would have to pay out of pocket for repairs and service told us they would have to keep the car because it was Saturday or we could bring it back Monday. Andrew was our sale guy he was very kind but I'm absolutely disappointed and will never purchase from this dealership again!

This was a very good experience for my wife and I. Austin, our salesman was such a delight. He went above the call of duty to make sure we were well taken care of. We do not live close to their dealership, but it was well worth the drive. We highly recommend that you check them out.

Austin was easy to work with and handled everything efficiently to make it a minimum hassle for me and my wife. I’m never fond of how long it takes to purchase a vehicle but Austin made it very easy. Even delivered the vehicle to my house. If you go by Keith Hawthorne Hyundai of Gastonia ask for Austin. He’s the best!!
