Everyone was really helpful and the tax specialist knew what she was doing. My 10 year old said the receptionist was very friendly and that they had a great conversation about reading and the books he likes.

Never do your taxes with this company. Do your research. Never pay this much for a company that screws people over. I’ve been doing my taxes through this company for 6+ years and always was warned by my friends how horrible this company is. I should have listened. Now I hope to help someone. Please never use H&R Block. If it’s easy do it yourself. If it’s complicated try anyone else but them. Please. They don’t care about their clients. They are a cable company in costume. If you know you know.
