Waited all day!! My insurance used them.
ETA changed so many times, I lost count. At one point it was 10 min away and they showed up hours later.

Got my truck towed 20 miles to my house and it was practical and fast. Tow driver was professional and took care of everything 10/10

I did such an embarrassing thing and Helton's came right out, looked at it (sighed), then took their time to get my car out of a pickle ? Estimated time was 60-90mins. Helton's showed up in 30. Connor was such a great sport and didn't give up! It was a nearly impossible situation. I'm beyond happy with my service!!!!! Thank you!

Was stranded on the side of the road driver was dispatched to tow my car he called and asked if I needed a ride I said yeah. Then he said okay be there in 20 minutes then next thing I know my tow is cancelled and I have to wait another two hours for another tow. Terrible service next time just say you don’t do rides. Freaking piece of trash company does that. The. They blocked my number.

I called them asking if they could drive my car and help diagnos what was wrong wtih it. They told me to drop it off on Tuesday and but 5 pm Tuesday they would have an answer for me.... Never herd from them. Wednesday I called and they said they never got around to it. I called again Wednesday evening and no one answered. Thursday morning I called and someone answered and said that one of the guys test drove it Wednesday night that he would call me shortly. 2 hours pass and I never herd from them. I drove up to the shop and they pulled up in my car the same exact time I did. They were just now test driving it. So he clearly lied to me saying it was tested on Wednesday. I immediately told him I was taking my business elsewhere since they were just getting to my car 3 days later. He threw his hands up in the air 'Do you see all these cars in this lot?!' I told him if that was the case then he shouldnt have told me to drop it off on Tuesday and that it would be done on Tuesday. I got in my car and left.

Best service in Gaston county just had a truck picked up and brought to my house quick and easy make sure to ask for Connor if you need any vehicles towed great business.
