I recently went to this store to pick up a few things and was very confused on some things and when I asked for help it only made me more confused and frustrated. Never in my life have I felt more frustrated and upset with how poor the customer service was these past two days. Will not be coming back and do not recommend this place

I bought a wood chipper from harbor freight in George me a restock fee for the wood chipper been broke from factory the carburetor with messed up and went and Chip the limbs like it said it would refuse to give me to restock feedback I would not buy nothing electrical or gas powered motors from them cuz if it ain't right from factory they're going to charge you a restock fee and I think that is wrong to do a customer like that

They always have what I need and the prices are great! The coupons are extremely helpful! I'm a mechanic and I'm used to tool trucks but I've never had a problem with their tools! My toolbox is full of their tools.??
