My wife & I have been going to Grace Animal Hospital for over 15 years. Dr. Sprinkles and his team are like family. Russ & his wife met us after hours to take care of our fur babies… they truly CARE for their customers and pets!

I was recommended by a friend who currently takes their dog here and it took about 2 weeks to get established but I see why. The doctors are top notch and the office/desk staff are amazing! I just moved here with no knowledge of the area or vets and have tried many in my previous area and Grace by far exceeds my expectations. The staff is so knowledgeable and personable and my dog gets so excited now to go to the vet, which he normally hates! I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend bringing you furry friend here!

The staff and Doctor Joseph went above and beyond. As a first time dog owner I had A LOT of questions. They thoroughly answered and genuinely cared about what I was concerned about. PLUS, Maggie, my pup, loved everyone as well!!! Love this place!

Grace Animal Hospital was recommended to me by a Tractor Supply employee. I’m so glad they did! Being involved in rescue, I have dealt with many vets over the years in the areas I have lived in. Some amazing ones, and many that are definitely NOT that.
What got me first at Grace was that they want to know nicknames of pets. I have never had any vet want to know a nickname!! At Grace, they all insist on calling my cat Prince by his full nickname, Prince Velcro Fluffybutt, JUST because it makes them all laugh. They did rename him to Grumpybutt when he’s there because he is ? NOT a Prince when he’s there, which made ME laugh!
Prince, when medicated ahead of time to relax him as he was on this recent visit, decided that the amazing vet tech Vanessa is his girlfriend. He could not get enough of loving up on her, tried to follow her out of the exam room, and she was happy to accommodate him with all the head scritches she could give.
On a visit before this most recent one, I had to say goodbye to one of my others. How a vet handles these types of visits speaks volumes to me. There is a separate room so one doesn’t have to go out through the lobby. They gave me time with him in there before saying goodbye, and how they were after was wonderful.
They are professional, they care about my fur kids, and they care about me as an owner. The compassion they have is exactly what I wanted in finding a new vet. While Dr. Barkley is my go-to, I wouldn’t hesitate seeing any of the other vets there, and I adore all the staff I have met.
While I’m hopeful to not have to bring Prince in again until next year for a wellness visit, and that they will get to see my other, more well behaved furkids instead, I love knowing I have a trusted vet that cares about the grumpy ones too!

My Fur baby has been a patient since he was just a few months old. I honestly love the vets and Bruno actually loves coming to the vet. Something that I feel strongly about is good costumer service and the people at the front which are the face of the of the practice. It is not ok to talk to someone like they are stupid, it is not ok to be unkind and mainly when they are concerned with their fur babies health. From early this morning to calling about my dogs prescription and being told to just “google” and it will tell me where to get the meds, knowing that it is a medication that can not be filled easily like other meds. To then going to pick up the meds and being treated like a complete idiot about the syringe and the nasal applicator as it was different than his usual syringes and being left like I was too much of a burden for asking questions. Selena I really do hope you improve your costumer service skills and treat others especially those in a vulnerable state with much more kindness and understanding.
Shelley thank you so much for all of your help today and helping me get Bruno’s what I like to say life saving drug for his seizures. For following up with me and knowing how to treat others with kindness.
