I drove from Morganton to Ginny's Wig-Plus without having an appointment. I hadn't read the website where it clearly states an appointment is needed. Ginny unlocked her door and welcomed me into her shop. She gave me so much information r/t synthetic vs human hair wigs and wig care and then pulled several wigs for me to try on. Ginny's shop has so many wigs to choose from but the best part of the shop for me was how at ease Ginny made me feel.

'm a guy that has to wear a woman's full cap wig to achieve a long haired look. Ginny found the perfect style piece for me and after it was found that the color I wanted was not available for a long time, she found substitute that was even better than the original! Better than that, it was in the store by the end of the week! Ginny was patient with me and found exactly the piece I needed even though I didn't know what that was myself! I will be back to order another when it is needed, and will come back to Ginny for any supplies I may need.

Where do I begin? I have never been fitted for a wig...the experience was wonderful. I have insane curly hair (which Ginny would probably disagree ;) a nightmare to control in humidity. She was so welcoming, kind, patient and very familiar with her stock of wigs which is massive! After looking around at wigs similar to my natural color she picked lovely choices. I finally picked one that for me felt like my own hair but straght and very flattering, she gave me honest feedback and I trusted her judgment. She customized my final choice with a few wispy bangs and a trim here and there. I walked out of there wearing my new beautiful wig, it was a long drive home and after a few minutes I forgot I was wearing a wig. Ginny is a lovely lady, I am so happy I decided on this place! I highly and confidently recommend her place! Thank you dear Ginny, you are a gem!
