I can’t emphasize enough how great Joanne is! This is the place to go for your tax needs. Everywhere else in Gaston County was quoting me insanely high prices for tax filing, while Joanne was incredibly fair in her pricing. She truly cares about her customers. I came in totally clueless and overwhelmed with my tax situation and I left here informed, with it all handled beautifully, and came out way better than I was expecting! Such a huge weight taken off my shoulders. Don’t bother looking anywhere else, this is the place you want to go.

Fast and fair. Joanne is great at what she does. Her charges are very fair compared to surrounding chain locations. Will continue to use her as long as she is doing this. Never had an issue

We have been their customers prob 30 yrs Now. At least close to it if not more. They're very friendly, and they know what they're doing. People have tried to get us to go somewhere else but to me..if it's NOT broke..DON'T FIX IT!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO YOU. THEY'RE PART OF THE FAMILY NOW
